Alight have two interviews conducted, process wasn't difficult. The first interview was presenting scenarios and customer serivce type questions and you voice record answers. The second interview was virtual and the interviewer made the process easy.

Interview
They use the STAR method. Give good examples. They are looking for curiosity and hunger to learn and grow. It’s fairly easy to get great experience and move up or around quickly.
