The company came to recruit second time in our campus, I cleared the written round and had to go to Alight Solutions, Gurugram. When I went there for the interview they say you are not allowed to sit in the interview as you were selected in written round previously but couldn't clear the interview. Then what is the point of coming second time for recruitment??

Couple of tech rounds (One written aptitude and one more with the panel) followed by a HR round that happened at their work location.
Round 1 - General aptitude
Round 2 - Understand if you have basic understanding of SDLC,STLC, SQL and other basic software terms
Round 3 - HR round, more of an cultural fit

Interview process was easy. Interviewer and HR were also good, just 2 Technical and 1 HR round were there. They were good while rescheduling the interviews as I was busy with my current projects.

A long interview process (4-5hours). I interviewed with two people. and then had a panel discussion with what would be future colleagues. Followed by dinner. This process was right out of college. I met with a representative at the college fair and got selected for an interview.
