Process took 2 weeks, Overall interview was easy they ask lot of question about Forcasting . I asked them if the postion was backfill they hesitantly said yes. The way they said they fired all previous product managers and now hiring new people with lower salary so they can't tell there business partners that they are downgrading their products, I was bit confuse why they telling me that. Since in job description it is mentioned some PM experince and Power Bi knowledge. All the other stuff put me overqualify for this postion. Anyways it was big red flag for me since they fired all the previous pm (specifically said that) and hiring new ones. As the interviewer describes, it's a 50-year-old startup that still finding ways to get market share without spooking their business partner that they are downgrading their products
