The process from phone interview to in-person interview happened fairly quickly, over the course of about a week. I interviewed with two lovely employees, and then I interviewed with the president. I'd describe his interview style as combative. He seemed to ask questions to purposefully try to trip me up instead of asking traditional questions that would allow me to demonstrate why my skills would be a good fit for the company. He also critiqued my resume in front of me. I'd say it was a mixed experience, but overall positive. I would have loved to work for this company, but it seems that I failed to impress Billy. I had to follow up several times before I got any response (officially rejected).
