Multiple rounds, including remote and in person interviews across many different areas including HR, management and other investigators. Did allow me to shadow for several hours to allow me to see the work flow.
I interviewed at Alcanza Clinical Research (Charleston, SC)
Interview
Spoke with the lady for an hour and she got to know me and went deep in my resume and I met everyone and I really enjoyed the conversation tbh I dressed in appropriate business casual and I spoke to everyone relevant
shared my compensation expectations upfront and declined an initial $23/hr offer. The company continued with two more interviews and a reference check, then told me After all that, my range wasn’t approved and repeated the same $23/hr offer. After I declined the offer, they later asked if I’d accept $24/hr. The process felt inconsistent and dismissive of my time. I declined.
