The interview process is simple and straightforward. After completing the online application schools will call to schedule a time to meet in person. All interviews I've done so far have been with the principal and one other staff member, generally the instructional coach.

It was exactly as expected, standard interview questions. They asked about eight questions, and that was it. There were four people on the hiring panel, and each asked a couple of questions.

First you have to create an online account. Once this is completed, you can check out jobs on the website and apply for positions. You must apply online, then submit cover letter/resume to contact person listed. The latter will usually contact you to set up and interview.
