An hour-long scenario-based question. Use the STAR approach to answer the questions. Provide as much information as possible. Ask questions if you forget the question or you need more clarification.
One round with unit manager, STARs type behavioural questions. The process took about three weeks total. Good to know events you've experienced that can answer many different questions. The unit manager was nice.
