Interview
This was a standard one on one interview, and the interview lasted for about thirty minutes. The questions were not too difficult, and were more based on how I would react or how I have reacted in the past in certain group situations. The basis of the interview seemed to be geared mainly towards how well you work with other individuals.

Mainly just behavioral questions. Also asked me a few questions about my resume and past expierences. I asked questions about the company at the end of the interview. Overall a good interview, not too difficult.
Had a good talk with the HR and engineer.Good to have this first interview ever. Basically just behavior questions, few technical questions. Mainly focused on previous experiences. Requires thermal and fluid dynamics background. Previous chemical related background would be a plus.
