Interview
I had 3 rounds of interviews with various team members plus an assignment to complete. The questions were typical of an interview process. They did mention mental health and prioritizing yourself which I really appreciated. They asked what I do to take care of myself.
The founder was late and wasn't even paying attention during the interview. She asked two questions and that's it. The interview was probably only 15mins. Glassdoor wants me to write 30 word minimum but there's not much to say.
