The process went through multiple stages, first a phone interview asking about your education, where did you work,....etc. the second interview was a technical one where it was on premise with the workshop manager himself, he asked if i have a background about body and paint field, and some general technical questions one of them was what makes the steering wheel returns back to it's position after a U turn it was an internship program that lasted 6 months
