A joke. Asked to prepare a presentation (took 2 days) and do an online test for an interview that lasted 20 minutes. Interviewer in Istanbul was clueless and uninspiring, interviewer in Dubai was arrogant. These people will never attract talent to your organisation. No communication or feedback afterwards, always a sign of a bad company
