First interview round, then some assignment related to the job for a set amount of time, after that a personality test, then a walk-through with HR about the personality test and then a final talk with the hiring manager.

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aktia Bank (Helsinki, Southern Finland) in Jan 2020
Interview
I had a relaxed and informative interview with the company, where we discussed a wide range of topics related to both the company and the role I was applying for. The conversation was easy-going, and it gave me a chance to gain valuable insights into the organization's culture and values. During the interview, we delved into various aspects of the company, such as its history, mission, and core values. I was particularly interested in understanding how the company had evolved over the years and what it stood for. This led to a thoughtful discussion about the company's commitment to innovation and its dedication to making a positive impact in its industry. One of the most engaging parts of the interview was when we explored the specifics of the job I was applying for. I had the opportunity to learn more about the day-to-day responsibilities, the team I would be working with, and how my role fit into the larger organizational structure. It was reassuring to see that the company places a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration, which aligns with my own professional values. As we talked about my potential future within the company, the interviewer asked me to envision where I saw myself in five years. This question encouraged me to think long-term and consider my career growth within the organization. I shared my aspirations and how I believed my skills and experiences would contribute to the company's success. To reciprocate, I also had some questions of my own. I inquired about the company's plans for expansion and its strategies for staying competitive in the industry. Additionally, I was curious about the company's approach to employee development and how they support their team members in achieving their career goals. Overall, the interview provided a comprehensive view of both the company and the role, allowing me to better envision my potential future with this organization. It was a positive and insightful experience that left me feeling enthusiastic about the possibilities ahead.
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Aktia Bank in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied to a couple summer job positions at Aktia and got an invite to a virtiual event where they tried to sell us their funds and life insurance. In the end, had a 10 minute speed date inteview where we had no time to talk absolutely anything. Two weeks later received a called from the hiring manager that she decided to hire someone who worked there 2 years ago. What a waste of time.
