Fast and easy interview. Got hired a week after the interview. Just have to look out for availability. Different locations operate independently. The interview last around 15-20 mins long.
1 behavioural interview. Asked questions about past experience, availability and if I had my smart serve certification. Discussed how the team and restaurant works. Asked why I was interested and some questions about myself

Applied on the job board the franchisee called over the phone and ask basic interview questions. After they do one in person interview again basically same questions regarding experience and what not.
