The interview process was well structured. I had a phone interview with a recruiter which lasted about 30mins to discuss my work background. I was then scheduled for a video interview with the manager for the department which with well, he gave me an overview of the position and company. I was assigned a technical test which last about 3 hours on how well I understand the platform. The last stage was to meet the Customer Support team at an onsite interview, all the staff was very informative and gave great insight about their role and what they are looking for in the candidate for this position. The overall experience was great, this company is going to grow tremendously and I believe will have a success rate with the customer based on the service provided. I wasn't offered the position due to conflict between the work schedule indicated and my availability for that schedule but it was great to explore the platform and learn about the company during this process.
