Interview
The HR and the accounting manager had an interview together, which lasted about 30 minutes. The whole process was very pleasant. Many BQS will be asked, such as strengths, weaknesses, time management, etc
There're three to four rounds of interviews, including interviewers from finance, business and HR teams. Overall, the questions were more related to your past experiences and any knowledge on aerospace industry. The overall experience was good, and you got chance to ask employers on the role expectations, company environmental.

Tell me about one difficult task you handled in your past experience, and how you deliver it?
The interview was a Positive experience. Open ended interview questions and relaxed atmosphere. There were no unexpected questions and there was time left at the end to ask any queries.
