rtner wirkte ehrlich. Man sollte allerdings nicht leichtgläubig werden und immer kritisch bleiben, um keine falschen Versprechungen zu bekommen.

First phase is a short phone interview with recruiter / HR, followed by second phase virtual interview with team that consisted of managers, supervisors or other team members. Not many questions asked.

Interview
Applied online and got a call scheduling a video interview with an engineer and someone from HR. Video interview was ~45 minutes with the first 30 being answering questions and the last bit of time was opened up to ask the interviewer anything. Mostly behavioral with a heavy focus on engineering team / project anecdotes.
