Phone interview was an hour of mainly safety questions. Must be very thorough about your knowledge of safe driving practices. Minimum of 3 years CDL driving history and a clean driving record. Not all applicants will receive an interview as applications are screened at the highest level of expectations. Even if you land an interview be prepared to sweat as you will need to be very specific in your answers.
