I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Air Liquide (Houston, TX) in Aug 2014
Interview
Met at career fair at university, invited to interview 2 days later. The HR personnel at the fair was very respectful but the interviewer not so much. She looked at the paper the entire time instead of me and it didn't feel like a conversation. Afterwards, there was just radio silence even after I sent an email and eventually called her. It would have been nice to at least receive a rejection email.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were concerned about safety.
Very smooth process, based on only two interviews. Very few technical questions, procedure more oriented on evaluating the attitude and the peculiarities of the candidate. Overall quite easy because it makes you feel comfortable in every moment.

Question 1
How do you define success? What do you do outside of work? What is your idea about work-life balance and when do you think it's ok to blur the line? What do you know about the company?
Usual I’d say. A lot of EQ questions where you were given situations and how would you react. Learn the STAR method to answer them and you will be fine
