The process was fair and square, technical questions were difficult but manageable then the rest of the questions were personal. For example why do you think we should hire you .they also have some quizzes which they ask to find your problem solving skills how you approach challenges.
There is no interview, you only need to have a clean record and the willingness to put in time for training. You would have to go see a recruiter, go through the entry process, and attend an 8 1/2 week basic military training course.
Meet with recruiter and tell them why you want to be in the Air Force. What you plan to get out of the Air Force. What are you career goals? Where do you see yourself in 20 years?
