Interview
Process has 3 steps. Online chat, Phone Call, And video interview. Overall the interview process is easy but very time taken. You have to be very detailed about customer service experience.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.
