Applied for customer service online and did phone interview, went to hr for one on one interview and they said I applied for station attendant which I didn't . I applied for customer service representative. Somehow the phone interview Lady made a mistake.
The progress was lengthy. I had 2 interviews excluding the phone one. It took a while before I got a call back to get a response. The benefits seem nice though.
I passed 5 interviews (4 for each language}
The general one was long and they asked me some treaky questions.
At the end, they explained to me all about the position and they gave me the opportunity to asked them questions.

One on one sit down interview with an interviewer. The person asking different questions. It does include role play, explaining what is expected and the schedule is base on 24/7 industry
