Air Astana interview questions

I made it all the way to the final interview (including 1 SHL online test), but they secretly contacted my current employer as part of their background check, which was unprofessional and even illegal. Formal background check must be conducted with the written consent from the candidate, but Air Astana doesnt seem to have this common sense.

It was fast, they replied me once I wrote them. English and other tests after that online meeting we have done and I learn the resulth. In 2 weak you can have your resulth.
