AidKit Implementation Engineer interview questions

I had a very positive interview experience with AidKit. The process was clearly structured from the beginning, with strong communication around timelines and expectations at each stage. I especially appreciated that the technical assessment was paid and closely aligned with the actual responsibilities of the role. The interview questions felt thoughtful and relevant, and each conversation built meaningfully on the previous one. Overall, the process gave me a clear understanding of both the work and the team. One area for improvement would be providing more specific feedback to candidates following the final decision. I understand that hiring decisions can sometimes come down to intangible factors or overall fit, but individualized feedback when possible would still be greatly appreciated. In a competitive job market, even brief, specific insights can go a long way in helping candidates understand how to improve. Even though I was not ultimately selected, I came away with a very positive impression of the organization and their approach to hiring.
