Ghost alert. Friendly initial chats with personable recruiter, followed by a call with hiring manager and then an in-person review with the broader team. Then absolutely no follow up from recruiter or hiring manager. Didn't even acknowledge the "thanks and nice to meet you" email I sent post-interview. The team's poor recruiting ethics soured an initially positive candidate experience. Regret the considerable time and effort spent in the first few rounds of this dead end.
