Interview
This was a 20-min phone screen with a recruiter for a Manager position. She got on the call 5+ mins late - asked me 3 questions, scoffed at my salary expectations (which was halfway within the range given) and then couldn't answer any of my questions other than next steps. It was pretty obvious she had no interest in learning about me or selling me on working for the company. The whole interview was very perfunctory, and I was not surprised when I got the email I was not moving on.

Interview
I have done three interviews with this company and with the desire to move forward with me they decided to put this position on "hold". This was a waste of my time, beware of multiple round interviews with no actual offers.
