I met the recruiter at our school career fair, had a 30 minute in person interview the day after. Then after a couple weeks I had a second interview over google hangouts with the lead developer of the team I would be working on and the scrum master for the team. Received an offer after that point. I tried for a full time position but received a co-op offer.
