Interview
Ahead HR is a staffing agency. I gathered that, although they handle staffing for a wide range of jobs, they mostly provide temporary staffing for low-level positions.
There was a great deal of unnecessary paperwork, much of which did not apply to the position for which I was applying. This included IRS tax forms, which would not be necessary unless one actually was offered & accepted the job.
When you are hired w/Ahead HR, at least for this position, you become their employee and are paid by them. There were no benefits included.

Question 1
The interview process was shockingly simple. Basically I was asked how my work history would prepare me to work with the clientele of the job. There were a couple of minor questions, but that was pretty much it.
The woman interviewing me was very polite and friendly, but the interview was almost nonexistent.
