Applied for this position, and got asked to do the SHL numerical reasoning test. Got ghosted for 1.5 months. After which, suddenly got an email asking for a 15 minute interview with HR. On the day of the interview, HR tells you 3h before what the interview is about, and sends a JD of a position I did not apply for. I decide to still try.
During the 15 minute interview screening, questions are asked about your previous role. To be honest, HR is not interested in understanding what you used to do, and is just looking out for certain keywords to filter their candidates.
