I applied via a staffing agency. Despite my initial hesitation, due to their all in one bucket job description, upon the recruiter's insistence, I agreed to meet with the hiring manager. However, during the meeting he seemed confused about what exactly he needed for this position. Apparently he came with the objective of rejection and not selection. I was interviewed in Oct 2013, the position hasn't been filled yet and with this Utopian idea of a candidate, I doubt if the will ever be resourced!!
