Interview
Only single round review, with the PI and project members. They mainly asked about past project experience and introduce about their project. Whole process less than one hour, and people are very nice and friendly

Interview
I applied through JobStreet and received a short call from HR about a month later to confirm my situation and salary expectations.
Interview was scheduled with a panel of three, but only two showed up. One interviewer was rude and left after five minutes, while the other continued with standard technical questions for 45 minutes.
Two weeks later, HR requested for my documents and salary expectations. When I received the offer, it was significantly below both my current package and the salary range stated in the job posting. HR was evasive when I questioned this discrepancy.
Despite negotiations, the revised offer remained a significant pay cut, which I ultimately declined. Entire process is a waste of time, as they should not have proceeded with the interview knowing their budget was well below my current package.

Interview
Professional. Interviewers asked very professional questions to evaluate the candidate's competency level. Standard interview but I like the way how they make it less formal. Gives the candidate more room to express his or her concerns.
Good experience. Results will be out in a week if the candidate is deemed suitable.
