Interview
Had a preliminary telephone interview with an agency. Passed that stage and interviewed at their offices the next week. I and one other candidate were brought into a room with someone from HR, who told us some about the company and its values. Then the other candidate and I went into separate rooms. I was interviewed by two people (although one was mostly there to take notes.) Lasted about an hour.

Interview
Very straight forward interview process with friendly managers. It felt very relaxed while more detail was provided about the team and the role. Would definitely recommend for a starter role.

Interview
15 minute telephone interview, followed by online testing in Maths and Verbal reasoning. Finally an assessment centre which consists of a interview, written test and group exercise.
Nothing really unexpected with the process and all questions are compentency based.
