Lengthy and exams - This is a great company to work for. They asked specific questions about your experiences and skills. Also, they did an exam to see what level your excel skills were at.

Interview
I was called by the manager of the credit analysis department and was asked a few questions. During this interview I determined this internship would probably not be a good fit for me, and the manager may have picked up on that and that may have been why I was not offered the position.
