Over the phone interview was pleasant. Very easy going-- asked about work experience and resume and what interests me about the position interviewing for. Asked what salary I would expect.

Convrsationaly discussed position with manager. Great questions were asked and discussed. Interview was right out of college so I had little to no experience with real world interviews as well as work experience.
