I applied on the Bank website and got invited after 8 months to à competency-based interview at the company headquarters in Abidjan. The recruter wrote to me informing me that the panel found me qualifier fornthe position but someone else was selected for the.job. I assumed that candidate did better that me durring the interview.

I was interview bya pannel of four interviewers plus a record writer from the HR. Among the four interviewers, we had two technical staff from the hiring department and a member representing the bank and someone from the Human Ressources Department.
