The hiring process is like any other international organization such as UN, USAID, MCC, etc. Application is on line and if short listed the person is screened on phone and there may be a detailed interview on Skype.

Was given enough notice to prepare for the interview. The interview itself was very friendly and knowledgeable panelists . The question were normal interview questions, the position was however local hire but it wasn't described well enough in the advertisement .
