Fairly straightforward - one on one with HR, then panel with consultants, one on one with senior management. Most questions assess suitability for roles. Scenarios provided, seek how one would handle them.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Africa Practice (Lagos)
Interview
The technical interview was a timed case study to provide a high-level sector summary for a client seeking to expand in an African market. This stage came after submitting my CV and other application material asynchronously.

Question 1
Provide a high-level political and economic insights summary for a client seeking to expand in an African market.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Africa Practice (London, England) in May 2024
Interview
Fairly informal, basic questions which went over the initial 30 mins slot close to 50 mins.
Nice panel however came across as they didn't know what they wanted from the role, or what their priorities were. Took three weeks from application to 1st interview. Promised to update in 2 weeks, and nearly four weeks later I am chasing for an update. I know the outcome, and alongside the drawn-out process and the absence of communication raises red flags on internal politics and decision making.
