The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac (West Olive, MI) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview for Aflac was very professional. They were able to adapt to my current schedule that is very hectic. Once we found a day that would work for me and the manager, we met and it was more of a casual conversation instead of the typical nerve racking interview. They just try to learn more about their potential employees and then if you get asked back for a second interview the discuss more logistics.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aflac
Interview
A bit like super day for me. I interviewed multiple managers in one afternoon. All of them were friendly and did not press me too hard. 30-40 percentage of time was them introducing the company culture, hiring role responsibilities, and expectations for the role.
I was not informed that the position was compensated only in commission. I left when I realized that there was no pay for this contractor position. It was highly unprofessional and a huge waste of my time.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Nonsense like, do I have a "book of business" so I can bring my own clients to this unpaid position.
Had one interview with the RSM and got offered the job immediately following the interview. Seemed more like a meet and greet than an actual interview. This was very easy and not difficult at all.
