Affinity Water interview questions

Phase 1: Teams meeting. Get to know you. Technical questions and behaviour. Fairly relaxed. Still wore suit and tie as you should. Lasted for about an hour. May differ. We’re very honest with questions I asked. Seems like a nice set of people. Phase 2: Practical. I’ve been told it’s just to see if you can use the tools. Don’t take that as gospel as they also admitted they don’t know themselves yet.
