I applied online. I interviewed at Affinity Water (Harlow, England)
Interview
Phase 1: Teams meeting. Get to know you. Technical questions and behaviour. Fairly relaxed. Still wore suit and tie as you should. Lasted for about an hour. May differ. We’re very honest with questions I asked. Seems like a nice set of people.
Phase 2: Practical. I’ve been told it’s just to see if you can use the tools. Don’t take that as gospel as they also admitted they don’t know themselves yet.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
3 questions about yourself. Generic ones. What motivates you? Tell us about your self(professional career). And spoke about Who I am as a person.
Last was three behaviour questions, how you would react in certain situations. Can’t realistically be wrong, but they kinda want you to say their answer.
1st stage - online interview comprising of technical and business related questions.
2nd stage - in-person technical assessment (comprising of performing exploratory data analysis on a dataset) and interview (comprising of technical and business related questions).
