I applied through university. I interviewed at Aerotek
Interview
Started with a phone interview from a corporate recruiter, they ask you basic personality and motivation questions. If the recruiter likes you then you set up an interview with an office down in Phoenix and interview there.
It was really great to hear about the company and what they had to offer! It was not super formal, and I felt super comfortable with all of the questions that were asked.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Aerotek in Dec 2019
Interview
Previous getting to know each other phone call. Phone interview with basic interview questions. A decision was made after that interview. There was no face to face interview. I believe I would have had a better shot if I would have been interviewed in person.
I applied through university. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Aerotek (Shoreview, MN) in Mar 2019
Interview
Multi-step interview process. First over the phone, then a video conference interview, and finally on site interview with the director as well as 2 sales managers. Most of the time on site was spent shadowing recruiters
