Interview
I met an Aerotek recruiter at a college career fair and she was so excited by my resume that she said, "Oh sh*t! Let's get you the quickest interview imaginable!" She set up a Skype interview for a Monday morning. She started off the company by talking about the company without emotion or enthusiasm. She talked so much that she called me "reserved" and "professional" because I listened to what she had to say without interrupting her with nonsense. She expected me to have "more casual conversations". I could have "more casual conversations" if she would've let me talk, but she didn't like when I talked, and her disgusted face said it all. There's also nothing wrong being "reserved" and "professional". I understand cursing in front of co-workers you like and trust, but if you're too open and too casual during the recruiting process, then that can leave an ugly, unprofessional impression. This Aerotek recruiter left an ugly, unprofessional first impression as soon as I heard her say "Oh sh*t!" at the career fair. I wasn't very excited about the interview to begin with because it seemed like a sloppy company that hires impulsive communicators and people without enthusiasm.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
