Interview
First I got a call from a recruiter and had a brief chat, asked me to come in for an interview at few days later. I had about a 30 min interview with a recruiter and then an hour long interview with a higher up. He set me up with a half day the filling week. Half day was to set realistic expectations and I enjoyed everyone I met. Then I had another hour long interview with 2 account managers. The interview questions were mostly personality questions. I followed up a week later and was contacted by an HR person in a different town that I was not chosen.

How have you experienced adversity and how did you deal with it?
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
