Aeon (MN) interview questions

I had 1 phone interview lasting 30 minutes then 2 virtual interviews scheduled for 1.5 hours each. I met with 2 staff members from the team. Two weeks after my 3rd interview, I received an email saying they were moving forward with other candidates.

The first interview was a short phone interview from HR which they contacted me about maybe 1 or two days after applying. The second interview was a virtual interview with the property manager of the property I was interviewing for. This interview was a longer one, maybe about 45 minutes. The 3rd interview was on site with the property manager and her manager was there virtually via zoom. On top of the 3 interviews, there were 2 assessments.
