Mainly personality and career desires.
Easy going conversation with two managers in a remote setting. Very casual and discussed past experience, education, and salary desire. Project description was given, and expectations in terms of work hours and attendance were discussed. Great benefits
Felt like the interviewer did not prepare to ask me any questions about myself? It's like I had to come up with things to say and asking them questions about Aecon rather than them taking an active interest in my experiences at all.
It is just a simple getting to know you before actual interview. It is a pre screening that is only 15 minutes. Stuff like describe who you are and why you are interested.
It is just an HR call, but it's great to learn about the company, safety standards, staff, and management. It's not as difficult an interview as I expected. It is a top-notch company in infrastructure development. So, if you get a call for an interview you must attend.
