Firstly approached by the recruiter, it was a nice and easy-going conversation, pretty much people focus. Then the second round directly with the hiring manager, also pretty good experience that I could feel the human touch and value of the company wants to deliver. After that, the interview round with the peer manages was pretty "Interesting". I felt like they are not interviewing a potential future peer manager but instead someone will report to them. They were looking for the person pretty much like themselves, personality, way of working, etc. It is quite ironic that they introduced themselves as open-minded persons but bring alone their per-set answers for each questions they raised. In short, it was NOT a pleasant interview. And I was happy to notice this toxic culture before step into this company. Btw, maybe it is polite to call/email your candidate to wrap up the process. Instead of ghosting as a disrespectful individual. Do you agree? Ciao!
