I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adyen in Apr 2024
Interview
1st Round with HR - The recruiter was friendly and kept me updated throughout the interview process.
2nd Round Case Study - Few Use Cases
3rd Round - Skills Interview with the local team lead and a team member. Both interviewers were very engaging and focused mostly on behavioral and situational questions.
4th Round - Interview with a leadership member. I didn't pass this round because I was unprepared for the technical questions and no cultural questions were asked. The interviewer seemed disinterested, making the situation tense.
5th Round with a Board Member - This round is contingent on passing the first four rounds.
Tip: Follow the Adyen Formula.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (Amsterdam) in Sept 2020
Interview
I applied to Adyen in Amsterdam. The first step was a Zoom call with a team member and the recruiter person. The next step was a technical exam online and if that is successful, then a technical interview is followed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The interview had the typical questions but it was a little bit more informal, and I liked that. The interviewer did not seem like a robot asking question after question from a list, bit rather had some questions prepared and many questions came up at the moment. Expect to be prepared about the motivation, what you expect of the role and how your previous experience can contribute to the role.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Adyen (New Delhi)
Interview
This is the most sick company I have ever seen. They conduct rounds and rounds of interview and then HR stops responding completely. They don't pick calls nor reply to emails. They wasted nearly 6 hours of my time. Don't invest your time in such looser company

4 to 5 rounds with dumb head juniors asking silly questions
