1st round video recording style interview, 2nd round skype interview, 3rd round present a case at the office, 4th round meet a senior partner , the fun question asked was how would you be a fraudster, really challanges you to think outside of the box, it is a well structured interview

I was interviewed by an HR screener for a role at Adyen after getting a referral. It was a typical first interview screening process with general questions. I was not extended any further interviews or an offer.

Applied through LinkedIn even though the vacancy was there already for a few days, but nevertheless got a quick response. Recruiter was very responsive and scheduled the intake in the following days, so everything was super quick.

Question 1
Asked the usual things: background, motivation, connection to the values of the company. The questions were coming in rapid fire, they don't waste any time.
5 rounds which was way too many for the position. Gave little feedback and nearly ghosted after the 4th round. You have to put together a presentation and put a lot of time into the process.
