Lengthy process. A month from application to scheduling the interview. The interview was conducted online for about 30 min and since it was a referral the recruiter took longer to communicate the rejection.
Standard case study - gave me a scenario around a situation and I responded using the Adyen Formula. The process was designed to test the way you think and if you are able to embrace the Adyen formula. Knowledge and culture fit check.
Clear and good process, knew what to expect. Process stated like on the website. Friendly contact with recruiter, but could've been a bit more responsive. Was nice getting to know the colleagues/team so fast.
Screen call with interviewer, call with team, take home case and final presentation. The process is overall pretty straight forward. You have a PoC on Adyen's side and their pretty responsive too. Had to go to the office to present my final case.
