I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Advocates For Youth
Interview
I applied and was contacted about a week later. Standard interview that seemed to be focused more on "culture fit" and appealing to the youth. I emailed a follow-up question and received no response except a genetic rejection email a week later. Definitely put a bad taste in my mouth.
I interviewed at Advocates For Youth (Washington, DC)
Interview
Straightforward interview process with not many levels/hoops to jump over. Appropriate and timely communication throughout. I received an email from an associate to schedule the interview. On the day of the interview, it was a panel interview with the Executive Team. I appreciated meeting all of them at once rather than the tedious one-by-one meetings that would have stretched out over weeks.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Advocates For Youth in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was fairly quick, maybe 20 minutes over the phone with two people. I applied in late April and was asked for an interview about two weeks later in mid-May. After the interview, I received an offer only a couple days later and accepted.
