The interview process was very disorganized. I felt like it was the first time they were interviewing people. The HR person just called one day and started asking questions without even making sure that was a good time to talk. Then a copywriter emailed me to schedule a Zoom interview with the hiring manager. That meeting took 40-45 min, and the same copywriter called me back to schedule a meeting in the office with the entire department the very next day. I spent almost an hour meeting with the manager from the Zoom call who didn't have much to say, and 10 more people who were joining one after another and asking repetitive in their randomness questions. It was obvious some of the employees had no interest participating in that bizarre Friday afternoon exercise, and some of the questions were inappropriate to say the least. The manager indicated she had another interview on Monday, and they'd be in touch. No-one reached back. I only had the email of that copywriter who scheduled me for the third interview, and I emailed him to follow up and received no response. One would expect common courtesy after spending roughly two hours applying, submitting resume, having multiple conversations on the phone and Zoom, one-on-one interview with 10 or so people from the company. It goes a long way to say what kind of professional organization it is.
