The interview itself is fairly easy
But the hiring manager was mean, rude and inexperienced at interviewing
She said so her self she didn’t experience interviewing because most of the employees have a long tenure . Then she told me why the AM’s left and she had a personal vendetta about it. Like why should I even know that one AM left to be a full time mom and the other left to be a DSM. Then looked at my resume and told me to explain my work history , and I explained what I accomplished, the reasons for leaving employment in between .
So at the end of the interview she says you don’t have the advertising experience we’re looking for . I understand that .
But she says again that she doesn’t understand my resume and calls me a “job hopper”. Now shes being discriminate and insensitive and disregarding my achievements and career growth. I told her a first time, the second time she asked I couldn’t give her an answer because she’s trying to embarrassed me.
30 mins later the recruiter at Robert half calls to give me the rejection and also adds that I didn’t review the job description and it’s because I asked her challenging questions which I usually do to gage conversations. She took it as I didn’t read the job posting
